Our Reseller Program is for Companies/Business who wish to sell Ventrilo Servers or give them away to their clients (usually bundled with another service like a Game Server). We will only communicate with your official company/business domain's email accounts (no Free, ISP or non-business/company domain names).
Invoices are due at the beginning of the month (the 1st of every month). If you upgrade your MaxClients within the month, you are charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the month. All invoices for upgrades are due immediately. Invoices Past Due by 2 days subject the account to Suspension.
We will never contact your clients. Your clients should never contact us. As such, you will be completely responsible for supporting all aspects of the Ventrilo Server, unless there is an actual physical server problem, a connectivity issue within the Data Center or any other item that you may not have the access to fix. You will have complete access to each of your client's files, so you can configure their server, and fix their configurations. If there is a "network connectivity" issue, you will need to perform basic network troubleshooting first to weed out any issue that is not related to the network the servers are on (like your client's ISP is having a problem or an issue with a router between your client and the Data Center). Should you even need to contact us about a network connectivity issue, we will need your client's Internet IP Address and WINMTR information from your client to the server so we can troubleshoot. It's as if they are your servers.
Payments are preferred to be via a Credit Card. We accept Visa and Mastercard at this time. If Credit Card is not possible, then payment via PayPal is acceptable. If your PayPal payments are to be funded with a credit card we accept, then you must pay with a credit card to us directly, instead of through PayPal.
You may upgrade your MaxClients at any time. The Control Panel is tied into Billing and will automatically be updated when you upgrade your package. Should you downgrade your MaxClients, no credits will be granted for the remainder of the billing period, but your next invoice will be for the new MaxClient size. Should you downgrade between the time your monthly invoice is generated and the beginning of the next billing period, a partial credit will be allowed.
While you have complete and full control over your Ventrilo Servers, you are not allowed to DOWNGRADE a server just to make slots available to UPGRADE another server. This action causes excessive license fees that we must pay Flagship Industries. If we see anyone perform this action, we reserve the right to generate an invoice to cover the UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE (whichever is higher) at your rate per slot.
Your Reseller Account is only allowed to be used by the company it is registered under. You may not use the same Reseller Account for multiple companies. If you have a requirement for more than one company to resell our services, you need to have multiple reseller accounts with us.
A Reseller may not have resellers of their own. Any Reseller found doing so may have their Reseller Account Suspended, or Canceled.
If you are currently hosting any version of Ventrilo yourself, you must cease from doing so. You are not allowed to violate the Ventrilo License Agreement, even if you are a Ventrilo Reseller of ours.
